How We Work
Before any product or service is recommended on this site, it has been personally reviewed during the course of real travel. That means buying the ticket, walking through the lounge, sleeping in the room, and opening the amenity kit — not just reading a press release about it.
Reviews are scored on consistent criteria and reflect conditions at the time of the visit. When things change — a product is discontinued, a lounge is renovated, an airline updates its catering — we update the review or note the change.
